These Terms apply to all purchases and pre-orders of Blue Sands K12 physical products, including orders placed by individuals, schools, organizations, institutions, distributors, and resellers through any official Blue Sands sales channel.

Blue Sands K12 products sold under this initiative are physical products only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Blue Sands. Blue Sands reserves the right to update product descriptions, packaging, components, visuals, technical specifications, and accessories; improve, discontinue, replace, or modify any product or product line; limit product availability; and decline or restrict orders where necessary.

All Blue Sands K12 orders are treated as pre-orders unless Blue Sands expressly states that a product is immediately available for dispatch. All pre-orders are final, binding, non-cancellable, and subject to these Terms.

Customers must provide accurate and complete order information including name, email, phone number, delivery address, quantity, and any other information reasonably required by Blue Sands. Blue Sands is not liable for delays or failed delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

All prices are subject to change before order acceptance. Blue Sands reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors. Shipping, handling, taxes, bank charges, and payment processing fees may be charged separately or included in the final amount payable.

Blue Sands may require full payment upfront before processing or confirming an order. An order is treated as paid only when cleared funds are confirmed. Blue Sands may suspend or refuse any order where payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as suspicious.

All pre-orders are subject to a fulfilment and delivery window of up to ninety (90) days from payment confirmation unless Blue Sands expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Customers acknowledge that delivery may occur at any time within that 90-day period and that no refund, cancellation, or chargeback right arises merely because delivery has not yet occurred within that window.

Blue Sands may use internal delivery teams, third-party couriers, logistics providers, school drop-off arrangements, or partner distribution channels. Blue Sands may deliver in instalments or split shipments where operationally necessary.

Orders and pre-orders are non-cancellable once accepted and paid for. Blue Sands will not accept cancellation requests due to change of mind, delayed internal school approvals, budget changes, or delivery timelines that remain within the stated 90-day fulfilment period.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Blue Sands Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy. As a general rule, no refunds are available for change of mind, pre-order status, or delivery that remains within the 90-day fulfilment window.

Additional conditions may apply to school, institutional, reseller, and bulk orders. Unless Blue Sands expressly agrees otherwise in writing, such orders remain subject to the same non-cancellable pre-order structure and limited refund/return rights.

Customers are responsible for proper use, safe handling, and storage of products. Blue Sands is not liable for damage, loss, or performance issues caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.

Except as required by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Blue Sands does not guarantee that every product will be identical to promotional visuals or suitable for every use case unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Sands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational losses. Blue Sands’ total liability in connection with any affected order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific product.

Blue Sands shall not be liable for delay, disruption, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, transportation disruption, regulatory restrictions, supplier failures, or other force majeure events.

All Blue Sands K12 branding, names, visuals, copy, packaging, educational materials, and related content remain the property of Blue Sands or its licensors and may not be reproduced or exploited without written permission.

By placing an order, customers agree that Blue Sands may contact them by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding order confirmation, fulfilment, delivery, support, and legal or service communications.

Blue Sands reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any order where fraud is suspected, abusive conduct occurs, payment disputes arise, or fulfilment becomes unlawful or commercially unreasonable.

Complaints should be sent to support@bluesandstemlabs.com with the customer’s details, order reference, delivery date, and supporting evidence where relevant.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Blue Sands K12 order.

Blue Sands may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect once published or otherwise communicated.
