K12 AR Pedia Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order lets you reserve a K12 AR Pedia kit before it is dispatched, either ahead of our next shipment or ahead of general availability. Because our kits are imported and produced in limited batches, pre-ordering secures your unit, locks in the price you pay today, and gives you priority in the dispatch queue when stock arrives.

By placing a pre-order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy.

Pre-orders apply to the following kits. Each price is for one complete kit of the title shown.

Into the Community (Ages 4–7): ₦345,000

Into the Curiosity Q (Ages 5–9): ₦480,000

AR Science Lab (Ages 8–13): ₦620,000

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). A US Dollar view is available online for reference; all payments are processed in Naira unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is received. Your pre-order is only secured once you have this confirmation.

Please make sure your name, phone number, email and delivery address are correct at checkout, we use these to fulfil and update you on your order.

Full payment is required to place a pre-order. We do not offer deposits, part-payment or instalment plans.

Your pre-order is confirmed, and your price is locked, only once full payment has been received.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details.

The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your pre-order. Once your pre-order is confirmed, that price is locked for your order even if our list prices change later.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any delivery fee is shown separately (see Delivery Timing, Shipping & Fees).

In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Estimated delivery is within 4–6 weeks of your confirmed pre-order.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, our kits are imported, so timing can be affected by shipping and customs (see Delays).

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through our logistics partners. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout or advised before dispatch and depend on your location.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and an available contact. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or unavailability may incur a re-delivery fee.

Risk in the kit passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your kit on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours (see Damaged or Incorrect Items).

Because AR Pedia kits are imported, delivery can occasionally be delayed by manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance or other events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will keep you informed and give you a revised delivery estimate as soon as we can.

As all pre-orders are final, a delay does not entitle you to cancel or to a refund; we will fulfil your order as soon as stock is available.

We are not liable for losses caused by delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will always work with you in good faith to fulfil your order. Nothing in this section removes any right you may have under Nigerian law where we are ultimately unable to supply the kit at all.

All pre-orders are final. Once you have placed and paid for a pre-order, it cannot be cancelled, and all payments are non-refundable.

This applies to change of mind, orders no longer needed, and duplicate or mistaken orders.

As a courtesy, we may correct your delivery details (such as address or phone number) before dispatch, at our discretion. We do not change the kit or quantity once an order is placed.

The remedy for a damaged, faulty or incorrect kit is set out in Damaged or Incorrect Items.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Nigerian law, for example, where a kit is not delivered or is defective.

Product images, 3D content and packaging are for illustration. Actual content may be updated or improved, and minor variations can occur between production batches.

Each kit includes the AR-enabled book(s), a Smart Tablet and the other components described for that title at the time of your order.

Warranty and after-sales support are covered by our separate Warranty & Support terms, provided with your kit.

Please inspect your kit on delivery. If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost to you. This is provided in place of a refund and does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian law.

This Pre-Order Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Blue Sands STEM Labs may update it from time to time; the version in force when you place your pre-order applies to that order.
